1- What is Appetito?

We are an online supermarket, delivering all your grocery needs to your doorstep! You can order through our mobile app.

We accept orders from 9 AM till 12 AM daily. We may deliver the orders within 2 hours when you choose Same day delivery Or you can choose later.

2- Where do we deliver to?

We currently deliver to some areas inside Cairo and Giza, we are working on expanding & covering more areas.

Note: the served areas might be changed or closed temporarily If needed without period notice.

3- What are the delivery fees?

The delivery fees are variable, It would be determined upon each area.

Note: Orders might be delayed beyond the service level agreement during offers/ promotions periods.

4- What is the maximum quantity of items that I can order?

You can order up to 3 quantities from each item from the principal goods like “rice, cooking oil, sugar, etc.” and discounted items according to our terms and conditions.

5- My order is cancelled and I paid online, when should I receive my refund?

You can contact us through email at [email protected] or our Facebook page or Live chat to request a refund and It will be done within 7 business days.

6- What are the general terms and conditions of coupons?

Multiple offers cannot be applied in the same order.
Note: Coupons won’t be applicable on Deal of the day/ discounted items.
The misuse of coupons/ application and their terms and conditions will lead us to block the user or cancel orders without period notice..

7- I have received a wrong/ damaged/ missing item, what should I do?

You should take a photo of the damaged/ wrong item and report this to us through email [email protected] or our Facebook page or Live chat within 2 days from receiving the order from our courier to take suitable action, any case reported after this period, wouldn’t be taken into consideration, unfortunately.

8- Circumstances beyond our control

In case of selecting an area not matching with the provided address which is not covered by our couriers, the order will be cancelled, unfortunately.


In case the courier couldn’t reach the address or customer through the phone many times, the order will be cancelled, unfortunately, and in both cases, we won’t be able to re-send the used coupon again to the user.


In case some or all items went out of stock, we will try to reach the customer to replace it with the available items, with the same discount if applicable.
